Terms of Service

1. How to order your commission

Describe, with as much detail and reference images as you can, what you want for me to draw. Try to search for high quality reference images so that the details are clearer.We can always discuss more in depth in case you are unsure of what you want. I will engage in occasional check ups to see if the illustration is going as smoothly as planned (they will be watermarked until I deliver the final version).

2. Payment

I’ll be accepting payment in Brazilian Real BRL (PIX) and US Dollars USD (Paypal).Payment can be either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% once the commission is finished. Only once I receive the final payment will I deliver the finished project.No refunds once the illustration is over.

3. Process and Deadlines

The commissions will be completed in the order that I receive the requests. Each illustration can take 1 to 4 weeks, depending on how much detail it has. In the event of any delays, I will contact you to inform you.If you have urgent need of the illustration before a certain due date, an extra fee will be charged in an amount corresponding to the level of urgency.Images of the initial sketch and color scheme will be sent for approval (they will be watermarked). This will be the phase where you can ask for possible alterations.

4. Copyright

As the artist, I have a claim over the rights of usage and the piece can be used as a portfolio. The client is not allowed to sell the art as their own.You are allowed to post the illustration with the proper credit.The illustration is only for personal use.My art cannot be used to train AI, make NFTs, or be involved with cryptocurrency.
